I AM so tired of the way I am treated at work, and how much work I have and so disillusioned with teaching that I take as many sickies as I can get away with. My conduct is now finally being reviewed. I now feel guilty and I want to come clean and ask for support and guidance.
If you are sincere in your convictions then ride out the investigation without admitting anything, but make your problems at work known to those who may be able to ameliorate your situation.
