Computers will only fulfill their potential in education if the education system updates from from one designed for the industrial age to one for the 21st century, says an educational IT expert. Speaking at the Online Educa conferencein Berlin late last year, Oleg Liber, from the University of Wales Bangor’s Centre for Learning Technology, said restructuring the system to get better use of technology could stop children hating school.
