INSPECTORS have criticised a Connexions partnership for unsatisfactory work with young people and failing to respond to many teenagers’ needs. The North London Connexions scheme is the second partnership where the Office for Standards in Education has found “serious weaknesses” in the last month. The other was the Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Partnership.
