What trivial things annoy you?

The use of the word “movie” instead of film. It’s one of those things that I have to bite my tongue over when someone British says it in conversation.

coffeekid

Everything. I’m getting crabbier as I get older.

mandala1

The overuse these days of the word “amazing”.

tartetatin

School technology. It’s utter pish and drives me wild.

seren_dipity

Just about everything people say, do and think. And badgers - smug monochromatic gits.

doomzebra

People who pepper conversations with “obviously” when it is clearly not “obvious”.

Shifter

Unnecessarily loud sneezing.

aspensquiver

1) Old people who clog up the roads during the week when we are driving to and from work. 2) Old people who clog up the supermarket aisles at the weekend. 3) People who say, “I was sat” instead of “I was sitting”. 4) Smugness. 5) People who say “No worries”. 6) Classical music that has words put to it. 7) Other people’s barbecues. 8) Wind chimes. 9) Laziness. 10) Intolerance...

onmyknees

Bought instead of brought; less instead of fewer; writ not wrote.

voodoo child

Men out and about in shorts in December. What? It’s December - put your trousers on! They are barking.

lindenlea

People who drive with fog lights on all the time.
