How was 2012 for you?

Same old, same old.

It has been fairly prosperous, but I’ve begun to feel older and more jaded about people. I hope my New Year diet makes a difference. I need a good holiday as well. But it wasn’t my worst year ever.

Work, bed, work, bed, work, bed, work, bed, work, bed...

It was lovely. I found some old friends again, found some new ones. I became vegan, which I have wanted to do for years. I got promoted. I fell in love. My children have grown and prospered and are healthy and lovely. My ex and I get along great and better than ever. I got a new niece and I lost 2st in weight. I have a lot to be thankful for and am very grateful for all of it.

I’ve also had a lovely year... Moved from key stage 2 to Nursery, which is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. It has reawakened my enthusiasm for teaching and made me realise how fascinating these little people and their development are.

A lot of crap, mainly to do with one particular person, but the end of the year is looking up as said person is out of my life.

marymoocow

Worst year of my life. Can’t wait for 2013 to start and to put 2012 behind me. Events dictated I lost my income, career and pension benefits. However, I have a loving family and friends who have been there for me throughout and I remain ever grateful for their support and belief in me.

I can’t remember!

dozymare1957

On reflection, in spite of some traumatic times, and being taken for a fool and let down by a couple of people I counted among my friends, it’s not been a dreadful year. December was shite, though.
