THE entire workforce is given a holiday to celebrate the Queen’s Golden Jubilee. But not teachers. They can have a day off “as a gesture of goodwill” from Mr Blunkett (TES, Nvember 24). How kind. Anyone spotted any more such gestures for teachers?
