High engagers - cut to the paper chase

I was interested to read about Fordham CofE Primary’s High Engagers award (“Plastic fantastic”, TESPro, 20 April). However, I do hope that none of the head’s Year 5 and 6 pupils uses it to get a reference for a paper round as they are not legally allowed to work until they are 13.
