CHILDREN exposed to lead are more likely to break the law, say American researchers.
Research by Herbert Needleman of the University of Pittsburgh shows that, on average, youths convicted in juvenile courts hd much higher concentrations of lead in their bloodstream than other children.
“Of all the causes of juvenile delinquency, lead exposure is perhaps the most preventable,” said Professor Needleman.
