Look into the Futurassic

Looking forward 200 million years is less common than looking back the same distance. The Future is Wild is a project that uses the skills of Earth scientists, climatologists and biologists to imagine what might happen to the planet long after humans have disappeared. A splendid time line goes from the Palaeozoic era to the “Futurassic”, introducing new ice ages, the re-merging of continents and the supremacy of invertebrates.

An exciting wallchart displays vast “toratons” and worms that carry their garden with them. Teachers’ notes supply the evolutionary and geological background. The wallchart (C100) and timeline (C200) are pound;8.75 + VAT each, pound;14.87 + VAT together, from PCET.
