Activities on CSV Make a Difference Day (October 29, and the week on either side) are expected to involve about 100,000 volunteers, of whom nearly two-thirds will be young people. One of the central themes this year is water. CSV and other charities are making relevant resources available to schools. These include “Revolution” which recounts the experiences and ideas of survivors of the tsunami, “H2knOw” which shows how access to water affects lives around the globe and “Water for Life” which provides lesson and assembly plans for primary schools on the theme of clean water.
