The Royal Navy and Royal Marines have launched a free online resource for A-level and NVQ maths students. Maths and Engineering in Action puts four A-level maths modules such as vectors and probability in the context of real-life Naval engineering and operational scenarios. The resource has been nominated for a BETT award in the online learning category.
