* Neil Munro, deputy editor of The Times Educational Supplement Scotland, will succeed the present editor, Willis Pickard, who retires in May. Mr Munro, 49, joinedThe TESS in 1975 as a reporter. Mr Pickard said: “I am very pleased Neil is to follow me. His name is synonymous with education reporting in Scotland.”
