Netdays Europe 2000, the European Commission project promoting the value of new media for teaching and learning, runs from November 20 to 27. Its aims this year are to remove barriers to learning, strengthen links between education and culture, and encourage the participation of countries ouside Europe. Thousands of schools, libraries, museums and companies will participate, showing what can be achieved for education via the Internet, during November, as part of the Netdays Europe 2000 event.
