As the Land Reform (Scotland) Bill makes its reappearance in the Parliament - with its implications for school trips, as we indicated in last week’s paper - officials in the Scottish Executive, as they do, have renamed it the Catholic Bill.
“The Catholic Bill?” enquired a colleague.
“Yip. The right to roam.”
