Primary ICT advice

https://www.tes.com/magazine/archive/primary-ict-advice
There are so many possible applications of ICT in primary schools that no teacher can become a specialist in them all. Learning and Teaching using ICT puts much of the expertise into a single box - seven pairs of CD-Roms, filled with case studies, video clips, lesson plans and links to other resources. Nursery children control floor robots exploring a pirate map, finding a practical need for the language of co-ordinates; older pupils edit a rhythm pattern taken from a nursery rhyme or classify Ancient Egyptian artefacts using a branching database. You’ll want to join in too. Learning and Teaching using ICT (ref DfES 0315-2004 G) is available from: Tel: 0845 602 2260 Fax: 0845 603 3360
