Seven teachers have been awarded for their innovative approaches to tackling the toughest subjects with their classes. Jamie’s Dream School presenter Jamie Oliver challenged teachers around the country to create a video explaining some of the trickiest GCSE topics in an inspiring way. Among the winners was Olly Offord, a maths teacher at Balby Carr Community Sports and Science College in Doncaster, who explained Pythagoras’ theorem by relating it to the size of screens on electronic gadgets.
