I’m an NQT, and three deputy head of year jobs have come up at my school.

Will I be considered if I’ve only been teaching for a year?

I think you need a couple of years more under your belt before taking on such a role. After a year, you know the basics of teaching but there’s a lot more to learn. Complicating matters by taking on a leadership role too soon can lead to stress and overload. Don’t try to run before you can walk.
