Talking Heads, the online community for headteachers run by the National College for School Leadership, is inviting headteachers to register with the website in time for the autumn term. Currently 3,500 heads are members of this forum for idea-sharing, problem-solving and, no doubt, complaining. You need to register at www.ncsl.org.uk to have full access to the site, but a read-only demo version is available from its community section if you want to sample the goods.
