The General Teaching Council for England has produced a 27-page resource file for teachers who work with Roma, gypsy, and traveller pupils. Developed with Ginny Harrison-White, president of the National Association of Teachers of Travellers, it provides a list of websites, an annotated bibliography, statistics, policy guidance and stimulating information on education. Poems and games sit beside autobiography and historical studies. The GTC Achieve network produced a similar resource last year related to asylum-seeker and refugee pupils.
