Twenty-eight people found by the Waterhouse report to be unsuitable to work with children have been traced after an urgent trawl of local authority, health authority and NHS Trust records.

One woman in the West Midlands may have been working in contact with children and has been suspended. There was no evidence to suggest that the other 27 were working with children.
