The Europa Diary does much more than its title suggests. Its multilingual format allows owners, Year 11 pupils especially, to fill in appointments, assignments and memories from Sunnuntai to Zaterdag every week. But it also offers dozens of colourful pages of information on health and consumer matters as they affect young Europeans. The accompanying Teacher’s Kit adds suggestions for making these come alive in the classroom - thinking about online shopping, discussing “guerrilla marketing” or comparing wishes with realities in household budgets. The Europa Diary can be ordered online. Orders must be received by February 28.
