You say... “Well, in 2016 the DfE argued that £1.7 billion could be saved by using staff more effectively.”

If someone says... “So, will all schools have to do this?”

You say... “In April, the government made it a condition for multi-academy trusts wanting to apply for an improvement grant. So it will affect a lot of us.”
