Gareth Conyard is chief executive officer of the Teacher Development Trust (TDT).
Gareth is an award-winning advocate for a leadership approach which places mental-health and wellbeing at its centre, creating inclusive and effective working cultures which focus on developing staff, promoting wellbeing, and achieving excellent business outcomes. Prior to his role at the TDT he spent 10 years in various roles at the Department for Education.
