Julia Harnden is deputy director of policy and the funding specialist at the Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL).
Julia works with ASCL members to support sustainable strategic financial planning. She belongs to a number of Department for Education strategy groups and was previously responsible for financial planning at school-leadership level.
