Julia Harnden deputy director of policy and funding at the Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL).
Julia works with ASCL members to support sustainable strategic financial planning and building financial resilience through effective resource management and embedding integrated curriculum and financial planning. She belongs to a number of DfE strategy groups and was previously responsible for financial planning at a school-leadership level.
