Lauren Ballaera is director of research at ImpactEd Group. She is also a Lecturer at the Institute of Education, UCL. Lauren is a cognitive psychologist, and her research focuses on the development and measurement of education outcomes.
Prior to joining ImpactEd, Lauren was the chief impact and strategy officer at The Brilliant Club, where she oversaw the charity’s research and consultancy work. Lauren is an editor for the Widening Participation and Lifelong Learning journal and part of the Cambridge Journal of Education editorial panel.
