Mark McCourt is CEO of Academy Transformation Trust (ATT) and chairman of Advantage Schools academy trust.
He was previously founder and CEO of La Salle Education, a provider of maths teacher professional development, and an expert adviser to Ofsted.
Mark has led significant national initiatives such as the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics and the Teacher Development Trust.
