Thomas Keaney is the CEO and founder of TCES Group and a trustee of NASS. He established TCES Group in 1999, driven by a clear belief that every child deserves inclusion and that no one should be given up on.
A qualified social worker, Thomas brings over 30 years’ experience supporting highly complex children and young people across London and New York. Under his leadership, TCES has grown into a leading provider of therapeutic, inclusive education for neurodiverse children and young people with SEND.
Over the past 25 years, the organisation has supported 5,000 pupils, with 95% progressing into education, employment or training, achieving zero exclusions.
