Thomas Keaney is the CEO and founder of the social enterprise TCES Group and a trustee of the National Association of Special Schools (NASS). He established TCES Group in 1999, driven by the belief that every child deserves inclusion and that no one should be given up on.
A qualified social worker, Thomas brings more than 30 years’ experience supporting highly complex children and young people across London and New York. Under his leadership, TCES has grown into a leading provider of therapeutic, inclusive education for neurodiverse children and young people with special educational needs and disability.
Over the past 25 years, the organisation has supported 5,000 pupils, with 95% progressing into education, employment or training, achieving zero exclusions.
