The problem – I am scared. I have not been in a classroom for two years because of an extended maternity leave and brief stint in the adult education sector. I am now about to go into secondary supply work. Much of your advice centres on taking a consistent approach with rewards and sanctions. How do I apply this if I am only in a school for a day or two?
