The principal speakers will address this main theme from their perspectives of government, educational leadership, industry and careers guidance, with a panel of experts taking part in each session to offer open debate on the issues discussed.
The conference, designed for teachers, careers advisers, university and college admissions officers and employers, is running alongside Directions 95 - The Schools' Fair, and the programme has been designed as four half-day sessions, to enable teachers to allow their students to visit the exhibition.
