PUPILS at Holy Cross primary school in north Belfast are enjoying a quieter walk to school after Loyalists appeared to have halted their protest. Residents from the Protestant Glenbryn area have accepted a package of proposals to end the three-month dispute. They include closed-circuit television, speed ramps and a neighbourhood police unit. However, the deal was immediately threatened on Monday after police were called to defuse a pipe bomb found close to the school.
