Nearly 90,000 teenagers become pregnant each year. Pregnant and Unsure? is a booklet from Brook that aims to help young women decide what to do if they conceive unexpectedly. It talks straightforwardly about three options: keeping the baby, having the baby adopted or having an abortion. Each is introduced with similar sets of questions that help the reader think carefully about her eelings, her need for information, her beliefs, her future, and her relationship with the baby’s father. But this should be read by boys as well as girls. Copies of Pregnant and Unsure? are available for pound;1 each from Brook Publications, PO Box 883, Oxford OX4 5NT. Tel: 01865 719 410. Fax: 01865 748 746.Email: publications@brookcentres.org.uk Brook Helpline: 0800 0185 023
