A new online resource for teachers specialising in vocational language courses links to areas such as tourism, catering, health and social care. The Vocational Languages Resource Bank provides a link between classroom-based language learning and using languages in a career.
Resources focus on reading, writing, listening and speaking, and these are presented in a variety of formats. Teachers can download content free and add their own resources to the site to share with others. Languages include Arabic, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish and Urdu.
