This year, I am switching to hesian and hoping to make my classroom as neutral and as calm as possible as I know some children in my class will really benefit from this. Here is an activity pack I made during the lockdown period for my Year 1 children. They worked through this at home and were able to access this independently. It can be used in class when learning the sound or even as revision practice throughout the year or leading up to the phonics screening. They can also be used as part of an intervention. I have used inspiration from twinkl to make this activity booklet as we use twinkl to aid our phonics lessons.
