An introduction to STREET ART suitable for Year 9 and KS4. Has links to YouTube clips and lots of pictures of Street Artists from BANKSY to Blek le Rat and SNIK for discussion. Also has some suggested activities from stencilling to tagging.

This can be used either at KS3 or KS4. Content is geared at both and repeated for both Key Stages so can be edited and deleted to suit which age group you want to target. Contains images/links to Youtube clips, samples of pupil and teacher work.

Here is a PPoint featuring work of Picasso with information about the work. It lead on to a wire workshop with an artist in residence using different coloured wire to emphasise different parts of the face. Pupils followed this on by creating Cubist style paintings in acrylic on canvas incorporating the artroom for the background.
