Student use of Target Language

(0)
An introductory lesson/lessons to use with primary or Y7 students of Spanish to get them used to using Target Language in the classroom. You can teach this whole lesson without speaking English. Students will be able to answer 3 key questions: ¿Qué tal? ¿Qué vamos a hacer hoy? ¿Qué son las reglas de la clase? These questions can then be revisited at the start of subsequent lessons as routines to enable students to consolidate the language. Language is introduced through actions, various speaking/listening games and whole class competition is introduced so that all use of TL is rewarded in the classroom.
