This resource dedicates a powerpoint per poem, with prompt questions that encourage group work or individual analysis before feedback as a class. Each powerpoint also provided some background to the poet, as well as follow up discussion questions to deepen the understanding of the poem, or to develop skills for comparison. Notes that have been ‘drawn’ onto the slides can only be accessed via Microsoft powerpoint. These are useful if you do not have much time to prepare! These resources have also been used to encourage students to prepare presentations in pairs or small groups.
