DofE Assessors Checklist

I have created a digital DofE Assessors Checklist to help assessors easily sign off participant expedition sections. The form can be printed in advance or downloaded to your phone before you go and can be completed in stages simply ticking when a participant completes a condition. If all conditions are ticked off, the participant has met all 20 conditions and should pass. This can then easily and quickly be added to the participants eDofE section as additional evidence from the assessor. This can also be a great tool used by supervisors during the practice stage to see if they would meet all conditions before the assessment.
