We wanted to include fitness into our big picture but with limited equipment and facilities we had to write our own, new unit plans to suit.
Y7 initially created for girls but generally ok for boys too. Same wih Y8 plan initially for boys, both easily adapted
Y7 bodyweight only, all plans have exercise descriptors at bottom.
Y 9 and KS4 plans have leadership and creativity tasks embedded.
