This film is about an event that shook the whole country in France back in 1942. France was occupied and the government exiled in Vichy agreed to surrender a certain number of Jews to the German. The powerpoint puts things into context before watching the film. The film is then split into 4 parts, each lasting 30 min. I do not show the whole film in one go, I only do 30 min and then the worksheet that goes with it. The writing tasks can be set as homework. If you buy the film in France, it has English subtitles.
