This is a booklet that highlights specific needs and provides strategies for inclusion for the following: 20 Practical Tips for Behaviour Management, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Deficit with Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Aspergers Syndrome, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, General Learning Difficulties, Hearing, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), School Phobia, Speech and Language Difficulties ,Working with Pupils with reading/spelling ages below their chronological ages, Tracking paths from KS2 to KS4, Neutral Language Scripts, Useful Websites . I used this to provide to new teaching staff, as part of their induction NQTS, and was provided to every Learning Support Assistant as a reference tool. I also uploaded individual needs, for example dyslexia, onto SIMS which could be linked directly to an individual student, so it can also be used as a reference to teachers in connection to an individual

It is a good reference to Support inclusion, including, dyslexia, ADHD, ASD, hearing and visual impairments and others within mainstream school. I had these printed in colour and on A3 and presented to each department to go in the office as reference
