Programme from my foundation stage and Key Stage 1 sports day. Event was held in local leisure centre but could easily be adapted to field. 2 parts- 1st a circuit of jumps, fun races & throws, 2nd races & relays. No scoring but all received certificates & stickers. Year 6 pupils ran events with teachers supervising results. Area was divided in 2 with 1st circuit activities around the outside & 'race track' (cones and not lines) in the middle.

My programme for a very traditional Sports Day using an athletics track. Aimed at Key Stage 2 pupils in 4 houses/teams. Each child picked at least 3 events (2 track & 1 field or vice versa). I organised relays and tried to put kids in heats according to ability. Places in finals were decided on times in heats.
