A revision poster with all the key points for the new AddMaths syllabus (2017 onwards) from OCR. It’s 4 pages long so it works best if you photocopy it as an A4-sized booklet on one sheet of A3 white card (if your photocopier has the function to do that). Students love it.
A revision poster for the modelling assumptions in A.S. Mechanics.
I find students don’t think to revise this from the textbook, also the textbook makes it very dry, whereas the pictures aid recall.
A revision poster for key facts to know about the large data set for Edexcel. I found that other summary sheets only contained facts such as what variables were measured and what the units were, but this isn’t really all that students need to know. I tried to incorporate suggestions of general trends they should be aware of and what to actually DO with the n/a and tr instead of just what their definitions are.
Fact sheet with everything students need to remember about Edexcel A.S. Further Maths Core Pure 1. It is four pages long, so I would recommend shrinking it down and photocopying it as an A5 booklet, on white card. This way, the whole thing fits on one sheet of A4 card, and it is super compact for students to tuck inside their textbook and carry with them to lessons.
Knowledge organisers for each of Paper 1F, 2F and 3F. They are designed to match the Advance Information from Edexcel. The download includes a blank copy of each for students to fill in themselves, and a completed copy of each. 6 pages total.
Knowledge organisers for each of Paper 1H, 2H and 3H. They are designed to match the Advance Information from Edexcel. The download includes a blank copy of each for students to fill in themselves, and a completed copy of each. 6 pages total.
A visual aid for students to help them through the process of selecting methods for integration. Students have always really appreciated this resource.
Fact sheet with everything students need to remember about Edexcel A.L. Further Maths Core Pure 2. It is four pages long, so I would recommend shrinking it down and photocopying it as an A5 booklet, on white card. This way, the whole thing fits on one sheet of A4 card, and it is super compact for students to tuck inside their textbook and carry with them to lessons.
Revision poster with everything students need to know for A.2. Mechanics for Edexcel. This was done on A3 paper but can be shrunk down to A4 for printing. I would use it in conjunction with the Mechanics Modelling poster if your students are losing marks on the assumptions questions.
Revision poster with everything students need to know for A.2. Statistics. It was done on A3 paper but you can shrink it down to A4 for printing. I would recommend using in conjunction with the poster about the large data set as this doesn’t cover facts they need to know about that.
