Create a personalisd sensory diet
Completely adaptable
The sensory diet is split it to three colours (organisational, calming and Alerting). The diet board can be adapted to show a string of activities to allow engagement in learning.
Cut the cards out and laminate and velcro to the back of the board to allow learners to take atonomy of the activities they do to get desired effect. Cards match board colour for easy choosing of the right combination.
