This is a resource I created for my HL students to practice for Paper 2 (Listening). They are based on 4 minute interviews with Trevor Noah and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie so that they can practice their conceptual understanding (variance). I have attached the assessment as both PDF and Word, and the mark scheme is attached as well. EDIT: I have fixed some errors in both versions, concerning discrepancy between mark scheme and answers, and seemingly contradictory questions.

This is an outline I created as part of my Category 2 training. It does not include source material, but it does have ToK questions, EE/CAS links and references to assessment components. Hopefully this gives someone out there some ideas on what to do as part of their course design!

This is an end of term exam I created for my 1st year IB English B SL students. It contains a reading booklet and an answer booklet, as well as a mark scheme. The questions are my own, but the texts are borrowed from the internet.

This is a set of lessons and activities I created as part of my IB DP English B HL study into Black Boy by Richard Wright. The powerpoint presentations contain reading comprehension questions, literary analysis, homework and revision. Also contains an article by Ta-Nehisi Coates on the topic of racism, that I used for further discussion.

These are two hour long exams that I created for my end of term assessments. They follow the standard exam structure, although part 2 has been left out for the most part and so the English B exam is only 2 hours instead of 3. The IGCSE mark scheme can be used to mark the extended answers, and the reading comprehension questions are quite straightforward and easy to mark (hopefully!). All texts are borrowed from the internet, but the questions and essay topics are mine.

I created this lesson with the help of the IB English B Cambridge book, but added my own instructions and homework guidelines. The pdf document on national parks can be used in the lesson or for homework. The artificial intelligence report was taken from a report from the McKinsey global institute, but any other report with graphs and data could be used for this activity.

This is a little booklet I put together for my students to help them revise for their mock exams. The pages and tips are borrowed from the Pearson textbook, but I have also added my own advice, as well as the transition words that are borrowed from all over the internet.
