There does not seem to be a central sheet containing all the maths formulae that need to be learnt for this specification. I decided to make one. Introducing the concept of competition, interspecific competition, intraspecific competition, ecological niche, invasive species and interspecific relationships, eg predator/prey, parasite/host, and mutualism. Discusses the variation in predator/prey levels over time. The word document is a 'match the relationship' game, where the animals/plants are paired with the most appropriate. These can then be placed under the headings of what type of relationship.

This is a 3 lesson scheme of work that introduces the concept of rates of reaction, it then introduces one of the GCSE required practicals on rates, and finishes with a fun rates challenge. In addition to this powerpoint please find an iodine clock procedure. Change as required and enjoy.

A quick poster that states the main three methods used in organic synthesis at A-level. Used for us just to guide an apparatus building practical.

A card sort which has the definitions of the enthalpy changes related to the Oceans topic of OCR Salters - may be of use for other specs. Simply cut out the pieces and let students match them. I then use them to get the students to construct a Born Haber Cycle.
