A KS3 cover lesson on sustainability of timbers. Pupils have an article ( taken from bitesize) to read and a number of questions to answer as a result of this. As an extension task they are asked to write a letter to their local MP about the issue.

This is a general one - off technology cover lesson. Mainly designed for KS3. Students read an article on the James Webb Telescope and then answer the comprehension questions provided. As an extension task they can write a letter to their local MP explaining if they think the cost of the telescope was worth it.
