I have developed this resources to use in my classroom as a way of supporting children who struggle to regulate their emotions. This resources acts as a display but could also be used with individual / small groups of children. Alongside this, I have created a further resource to use with individual children that are already known to struggle with self-regulation. This is to give them autonomy in developing their own strategies for each zone as the ones suggested may not be suitable.
