Posters for a reading activity
Children will wander around the room looking for different coloured foods and why they are healthy for you. These posters are differentiated as they offer at least something to children who only read a little. There are equally challenging terms like “colesterol” in the reading do children, who are interested and need a challenge can get one and look difficult words up on the word bank sheet. It aims to teach children why different coloured foods are healthy for you.
This is a power point for year 3 students who are learning about famous inventors as well as inventions. Included are the wheel, glasses, telephone, the word wide web, football and polonium and radium. Students can read along.
A work sheet attached so children can write who invented which thing.
