Inspired by the Year 5 Science Curriculum topic of Earth and Space, this presentation explains how the geocentric model of the solar system gave way to the heliocentric model. Feel free to use it as a way to introduce the topic, or for the children to watch and take notes. This is the first of the “Mr. Dubbs Explains…” resources and I hope to add many more soon!
