I have taught this book numerous times, created and collated the lessons I have found most useful. Any teacher can pick up the 14 lessons and teach them with very little other prep. The lessons do not need to be taught in chronological order either, but they do mostly follow the order of the book. As it is a PPT, you can edit it to meet the needs of the students in your class.
